Akurasi Tripel Diagnostik yang Dimodifikasi (TDM) pada Tumor Padat Payudara

Diagnosis pasti tumor payudara sangat penting dalam memutuskan rencana penatalaksanaan. Disamping histopatologi/potong beku yang merupakan standar baku emas, juga telah banyak dipakai secara luas triple diagnostik (Pemeriksaan klinis, mammografi, dan FNAB). Mammografi sendiri adalah hal yang masih jarang didapatkan di Indonesia, khususnya didaerah perifer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai sensitifitas, spesifisitas dan akurasi triple diagnostik modifikasi pada tumor padat payudara. Merupakan suatu penelitian cross sectional. Dilakukan pemeriksaan Tripel Diagnostik yang Dimodifikasi (TDM) yang terdiri dari pemeriksaan klinis, USG dan FNAB terhadap 60 penderita tumor padat payudara mulai September 2000-April 2001. Hasilnya dibandingkan dengan pemeriksaan histopatologi. Hasil: Didapatkan sesitifitas TDM 84%, spesifisitas 100%, nilai prediksi positif (NPP) 100%, nilai prediksi negatif (NPN) 89% dan akurasi 92%. Sedangkan pada pemeriksaan dimana ketiga unsur adalah bersesuaian didapatkan hasil spesifisitas, sensitifitas, NPP, NPN, dan akurasi 100%.
