Hubungan antara Imunoekspresi ER-α, ER-β, dan PR dengan Gradasipada Tumor Filodes Payudara

Berbeda dengan tumor dari unsur epitelial duktuli dan kelenjar payudara, penelitian tentang peranan hormonal pada tumor filodes masih menunjukkan hasil yang inkonsisten, sehingga patogenesis dan penatalaksanaan tumor ini dalam jalur hormonal masih kontroversi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara imunoekspresi faktor hormonal yaitu Estrogen Receptor Alpha (ER-α), Estrogen Receptor Beta (ER-β) dan Progesteron Receptor (PR) dengan gradasi tumor filodes payudara. Dilakukan penilaian histologi dan imunoekspresi pada parafin blok jaringan tumor filodes payudara di Laboratorium Patologi Anatomi RSUP. Hasan Sadikin Bandung periode tahun 2011 sampai 2014. Subjek penelitian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok gradasi berdasarkan kriteria WHO tahun 2012 yaitu benign, borderline dan malignant. Didapatkan 62 kasus tumor filodes yang sebagian besar menunjukkan distribusi imunoekspresi ER- α>50 % yaitu pada kategori benign sebesar 35(87,5%). Terdapat korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara imunoekspresi ER-α dengan gradasi histopatologis (p=0,001 r=-0,423), artinya nilai imunoekspresi ER-α yang tinggi justru banyak diekpresikan pada gradasi benign. Tidak ditemukan korelasi signifikan antara imunoekspresi ER-β dan PR dengan gradasi tumor filodes payudara pada penelitian ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai imunoekspresi ER-α maka gradasi tumor filodes semakin rendah.
