Pengaruh Paparan Akut Asam Sulfat (H SO ) dan Asam Nitrat (HNO ) terhadap Penebalan 2 4 3 Septum Interalveolaris Tikus

Udara merupakan faktor penting dalam kehidupan. Pencemaran udara berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya hujan asam.
Asam sulfat (H SO ) dan asam nitrat (HNO ) dalam hujan asam dapat terinhalasi ke dalam sistem pernapasan. Alveoli 2 4 3
adalah komponen fisiologik penting dari sistem pernapasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh
paparan akut material hujan asam berupa H SO dan HNO terhadap gambaran histologi alveoli tikus. Desain penelitian ini 2 4 3
adalah quasi experiment dengan subjek penelitian tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) sebanyak 20 ekor jantan galur Spraque-
Dawley berumur 3 bulan dengan berat badan rata-rata 200-300 gram, terbagi dalam 4 kelompok: kelompok I (kontrol),
kelompok II (paparan H SO 8,4 mg/L), kelompok III (paparan HNO 30 mg/L) dan kelompok IV (paparan H SO 8,4 mg/L dan 2 4 3 2 4
HNO 30 mg/L). Paparan diberikan akut selama 4 jam. Pengamatan histologi dilakukan melalui pengukuran ketebalan 3
septum interalveolaris. Data dianalisis dengan ANOVA dilanjutkan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan septum
interalveolaris kelompok paparan H SO 8,4 mg/L paling tebal, disusul kelompok paparan HNO 30 mg/L, kelompok 2 4 3
paparan H SO 8,4 mg/L dan HNO 30 mg/L dan terakhir kelompok kontrol. Disimpulkan bahwa paparan akut material 2 4 3
hujan asam berupa H SO (182,7%) dan HNO (129,9%) menyebabkan penebalan septum interalveolaris tikus.
